Junior Developer

Full-time Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our Engineering Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to work with experienced developers on a real-world enterprise platform, building your skills in C#, .NET and RESTful APIs. You will receive hands-on mentoring, participate in Agile delivery practices, and contribute meaningfully to our product from day one.

What you'll do

• Assist in the development and maintenance of back-end services using C# and .NET.
• Implement bug fixes, minor enhancements and well-defined feature tasks.
• Write clean, readable code following team standards and conventions.
• Participate in code reviews to learn and continuously improve.
• Engage in pair programming, knowledge-sharing workshops and team training.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and documentation activities.

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of C# or a similar object-oriented programming language.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web service concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to .NET development through coursework, projects or internships.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Interest in financial services or fintech.
