Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operational coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting executive programs, onboarding, HR Operations, People Operations, or Learning & Development initiatives.
• Experience coordinating operational programs across multiple departments or business units.
