• 2+ years of application or production support experience
• 3+ years applying systems analysis methods including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce with declarative tools
• Strong background in data analytics, data quality, and governance
• Proficiency in analyzing large, complex datasets and understanding data relationships
• Experience with ETL processes, data lakes/warehouses, and analytics platforms such as Power BI
• Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and cloud data platforms like Snowflake
