Senior Analyst - FP&A

Our client, a leading provider of technology-enabled payroll, payment, tax, and benefits administration services, is seeking a Senior Analyst - FP&A / Strategic Finance to join its growing finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and reporting initiatives
• Prepare analyses and presentations for executive leadership
• Assist with strategic projects, business cases, and growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
• Support ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A or related strategic finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience within PE-backed, high-growth, or entrepreneurial organizations preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
