Senior Accessibility Specialist: Shape Inclusive Design

AustralianSuper is seeking a Senior Accessibility Specialist to shape accessible digital experiences as part of a new Design System. This 24 month term embeds accessibility from the ground up, collaborating with Design, Product and Tech teams to drive inclusive design practices and WCAG alignment.

You will lead audits across web and mobile, guide remediation strategies, and support product delivery to ensure accessible outcomes for members.
