About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual New Accounts Representative to assist customers with opening deposit accounts and providing exceptional banking services. The ideal candidate has retail banking experience, strong customer service skills, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain checking, savings, and other deposit accounts.

• Explain banking products and services to customers.

• Verify customer identity and required documentation.

• Process account requests, including check orders and safe deposit box services.

• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate account records.

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.

• Perform other branch-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of new accounts experience in a financial institution.

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

• Knowledge of retail banking products and account opening.

• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
