The Role

• Implement the local training concept for new employees.
• Guide and mentor trainees throughout their development.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for generalist healthcare training.

• Perform duties as a qualified nursing professional.
• Manage and maintain cooperation agreements with educational institutions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly or general nursing.
• Certified as a Practice Instructor (Praxisanleiter) (w/m/d).
• Solid professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• Passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
