Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps & Automation Engineer to design, build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure and automation that support software development and delivery.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, scripting, deployment automation, and engineering tools. This person should be comfortable working across multiple technologies, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and developing practical automation that improves engineering efficiency, reliability, and developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate software build, test, validation, packaging, deployment, and release processes.
  • Develop Python scripts and automation tools for engineering and operational workflows.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain Azure cloud resources and development environments.
  • Support source control, branching, build systems, artifact management, and release workflows.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration automation.
  • Manage dependencies, environment configurations, credentials, secrets, and deployment settings.
  • Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational health checks.
  • Troubleshoot CI/CD, build, deployment, infrastructure, networking, configuration, and environment issues.
  • Improve system reliability, deployment consistency, and engineering productivity through automation.
  • Support containerized applications and deployment environments where applicable.
  • Identify repetitive engineering processes and develop tools to reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and other technical teams to improve development and deployment workflows.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Evaluate and adopt appropriate tools and technologies to improve engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • B.S degree
2+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or build/release engineering.
  • Strong Python programming and scripting skills.
  • Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.
  • Experience with Git and modern source-control workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent technologies.
  • Understanding of software build, test, deployment, and release processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, build, deployment, and environment issues.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Ability to independently investigate technical problems and drive them to resolution.
  • Strong technical communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or Ansible.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting systems.
  • Familiarity with networking, identity and access management, certificates, secrets management, and cloud security.
Experience supporting development, test, staging, and production environments.
