Job Title: Agile Capability Manager & Capability Owner
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Capability Manager & Capability Owner to lead Agile delivery, capability roadmaps, backlog management, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Agile/SAFe, JIRA, Product Ownership, data migration/transformation, system integrations, and Salesforce, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Own capability roadmaps, backlog prioritization, Epics, Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and PI Planning.
Drive data migration, system conversion, integration, and business transformation initiatives.
Partner with business, technology, product, architecture, QA, and leadership teams.
Support data mapping, validation, gap analysis, UAT, defect management, and production readiness.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and transactional systems to identify improvements.
Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Support Salesforce-based business processes and operational reporting.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Capability Manager/Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Agile delivery roles.
Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile/Scrum, and preferably SAFe.
Experience with data migration, data conversion, system integration, or data transformation.
Strong data analysis, data mapping, validation, and business process analysis skills.
Experience with Salesforce or other transactional business applications.
Strong experience with QA/UAT, testing coordination, and defect management.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Healthcare/payer/provider experience is highly preferred, especially provider lifecycle, credentialing, contracting, or provider data management.
