Senior Cloud Software Engineer [$288k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Summary: • Design, develop, test, and maintain resilient software applications and optimized database interactions. • Analyze system and user requirements to implement efficient, scalable algorithmic solutions. • Manage development workflows and issue tracking utilizing JIRA and GitLab within Agile/Scrum environments. • Provision and automate secure cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing Terraform. • Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployments.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 14+ years • Total Compensation: $288k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Analyze user and system requirements to establish software design, performance metrics, and technical feasibility. • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications while integrating new capabilities into existing platforms. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects to ensure high reliability and operational performance. • Define, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform to enable repeatable, automated environments. • Implement AWS cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, network segmentation, and data encryption. • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing, integration, and continuous deployment workflows. • Develop and optimize database interactions, data processing logic, and complex data queries. • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive seamless system integration and adhere to coding standards.
