The Role

What You'll Need

• German citizenship or a valid German residence permit.
• (Technical) Baccalaureate, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A genuine passion for working with children, coupled with patience and resilience.
• Empathy, assertiveness, and the ability to handle conflicts constructively.
• A responsible attitude and a strong interest in social issues.
• An enthusiasm for both practical application and the scientific/theoretical underpinnings of education.
