Quick Overview
Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Marketing Lead — Growth, Lifecycle & CRO based in United States. This is a hands-on growth marketing role focused on owning the demand funnel from first website visit through conversion, retention, and subscription. You’ll lead lifecycle and CRM improvements while identifying opportunities to increase conversion across the digital experience.
The role combines marketing strategy with practical execution across automation, email, landing pages, analytics, and CRO. You’ll have significant ownership to build, test, measure, and iterate quickly based on real performance data. You’ll work closely with growth leadership and collaborate across paid media, sales, content, and SEO. The environment is fully remote, flexible, and designed for someone who enjoys autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning. Most importantly, you’ll help create digital experiences that feel clear, helpful, and personal for families.
Own and improve the full demand funnel, from initial website engagement through booked calls, attended calls, deposits, and subscriptions. Audit, rebuild, and optimize lifecycle and CRM foundations, prioritizing automation and improvements with the greatest potential revenue impact. Build and manage automated workflows, email sequences, reminders, and customer journeys using platforms such as Make, Zapier, Flodesk, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign. Analyze funnel performance and translate data into actionable insights, identifying friction points and opportunities for conversion improvement.
Optimize landing pages, forms, booking experiences, and other digital touchpoints to reduce friction and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with growth, paid media, sales, content, and SEO stakeholders to connect channel activity to overall funnel performance. Use AI tools to accelerate research, problem-solving, experimentation, and execution while maintaining high-quality, human-centered content. Establish performance baselines, monitor key metrics, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership.
Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring digital experiences remain clear, useful, and personalized throughout the journey. Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to a full demand or growth funnel rather than specializing in only one marketing channel. Hands-on experience building marketing automations, CRM workflows, lifecycle campaigns, and customer journeys. Familiarity with tools such as Make, Zapier, Flodesk, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or comparable marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, landing-page performance, forms, booking flows, and funnel mechanics. Ability to analyze marketing and funnel data, identify trends, explain findings, and adjust strategy based on measurable results. Strong copywriting, email marketing, and digital communication skills, with an understanding of how messaging influences conversion. Comfortable working directly with technical marketing systems and troubleshooting workflows, integrations, and digital experiences.
Ability to prioritize effectively, launch practical first versions quickly, and use testing and iteration to improve results. Comfortable using AI as a productivity, research, and learning tool while applying sound judgment and maintaining authentic communication. A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in creating experiences that are clear, helpful, and personal. Experience with a two-sided marketplace, subscription or app-based business, household services, or similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with paid media, sales, content, and SEO is advantageous.
