Enterprise AI Architect

Role: Enterprise AI Architect (Microsoft Copilot & Azure AI)

Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Experience Required: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

·         Design secure, scalable, and high-performing AI platforms aligned with enterprise standards.

·         Build intuitive, compliant, and trustworthy AI experiences for enterprise users.

·         Implement AI governance frameworks, including data protection, content filtering, access controls, compliance, and responsible AI guardrails.

·         Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems.

·         Design and integrate AI agents using Microsoft Copilot technologies and Azure AI services.

·         Lead onsite and offshore engineering teams by providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.

·         Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and technical governance.

Experience Required

·         10+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application design.

·         5+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud solutions.

·         3+ years of hands-on experience architecting Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

·         Proven experience delivering enterprise AI platforms from strategy and architecture through production deployment.

·         Strong experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.

·         Demonstrated ability to work with executive stakeholders and drive enterprise AI initiatives.
