Are you an experienced recruiter with strong East Midlands market knowledge looking for a genuine warm desk opportunity?

We are seeking proven recruiters who are either:

• Looking to lead and grow a busy temporary recruitment division that is overflowing with opportunities, or
• Interested in transitioning into executive retained search with full support and mentorship.
• Manage an existing WARM desk

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of fee generation and business development
• Strong knowledge of Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton and surrounding areas along the M1 corridor
• Relationship-focused recruiters who deliver results professionally
• Individuals who are ambitious but leave their ego at the door

Culture

This is not a cut-throat environment. We value collaboration, integrity and long-term relationships over office politics and internal competition.

Whilst excellent mentoring and support are available, this is not a micromanaged culture. We're looking for experienced recruiters who can take ownership, work autonomously and contribute to a positive team environment.

Flexible Working

• Ideally more initially whilst settling in and building relationships
