Job Description
Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a System Engineer Level 1 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

A current and active TS/SCI clearance with a MD Polygraph is required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

Seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems. This role contributes to systems engineering activities across hardware, software, network, and Radio Frequency (RF) components supporting mission-critical communication and signal processing environments. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in RF and signal processing systems development and demonstrates the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supportthe design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutionsfor satellite collection-based systems, incorporating Hardware, GOTS,COTS, and LOOPERS and/or TURNWEALTHY solutions.
• Contribute tosystems engineering activities across hardware, software, network, and RFcomponents to ensure operational performance and interoperability.
• Assist in thedevelopment and integration of Radio Frequency (RF) and signal processingsystems for communication system applications.
• Support systemrequirements analysis, architecture development, verification, andvalidation activities.
• Participate insystem integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation toensure compliance with technical and mission requirements.
• Develop andmaintain technical documentation including system engineering artifacts,test plans, interface control documents, and configuration managementrecords.
• Collaborate withcross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolvetechnical issues and support lifecycle sustainment activities, includingintegration of GOTS, COTS, and TURNWEALTHY systems.

Requirements

A current and active TS/SCI clearance with a MD Polygraph is required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline. Five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
