The Role We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development and implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, PIDs, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, budgets, and timelines.
• Produce regular reports and updates for clients and internal teams. About You You will be an organised and customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be:

• Experience managing projects, preferably within SAAS, technology, or digital services.
• Microsoft Project Experience
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Desirable:
• Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2).
• Experience applying PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Experience delivering software implementation projects.
