Oracle HCM Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to support a large-scale HCM technology environment. This individual will be responsible for designing and overseeing integrations between Oracle HCM, legacy systems, SaaS applications, payroll platforms, and third-party providers. The ideal candidate combines strong HCM domain knowledge with deep technical architecture and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Serve as the lead Solution Architect for Oracle HCM initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Design integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise applications/platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Architect solutions that enable multiple HR, payroll, SaaS, and third-party systems to communicate effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Support the migration and integration of legacy HR/HCM data into Oracle HCM

  
  


• 
  

  Define APIs, interfaces, middleware, data flows, and integration patterns

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate existing integrations and recommend modernization or consolidation opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with HR, IT, development teams, vendors, and implementation partners

  
  


• 
  

  Provide architectural leadership throughout design, implementation, testing, and deployment

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  10 15+ years of Solution Architecture experience

  
  


• 
  

  8+ years of HCM technology experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive HCM integration architecture experience

  
  


• 
  

  Experience integrating SaaS applications and third-party platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with ADP or similar payroll/HR platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience with legacy system/data migration

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of APIs, middleware, interfaces, and enterprise integration patterns

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work across both high-level architecture and detailed technical integration requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

  
  

Preferred

• 
  

  Experience with complex, multi-platform enterprise HCM environments

  
  


• 
  

  Large-scale HCM transformation or modernization experience

  
  


• 
  

  Benefits-related HCM experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with external implementation or technology providers
