Tuesday-Thursday 12:30p-5p; Friday 12:30p-4p += 21 Total hours a week

AND

Monday - Friday 1pm-4pm = 15 total hours a week

Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour

A few daily tasks may include:

• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Ambulatory Care

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Be at least 18 years of age
