Job Description Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Mode Instructors to train and certify 361 ISRG personnel in Modes 1, 2, and 3-and future Modes as they emerge. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in ISR and SIGINT missions. You'll lead initial and recertification courses, develop cutting-edge training material, and shape the next generation of Tactical Systems Operators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver instruction as an NSA-certified ISR/SIGINT subject matter expert
- Develop and maintain CMCT curriculum IAW 361 ISRG training guidance and POI
- Create and update TSE Aircrew Training Device scenarios aligned with SOI
- Liaise with tacticians and SMEs to ensure training reflects current operational trends
- Conduct classroom instruction, test proctoring, and certification evaluations
- Track and implement changes to certification requirements
- Support development of advanced TTPs for emerging technologies
- Collaborate across ISRG, subordinate squadrons, and IC elements
Required Skills
- Prior aircrew experience and SIGINT systems operation preferred
- Experience with high-value target analysis databases
- Previous A-STG operator experience
- Certified as Mode Instructor in at least one of Modes 1-3 and Operator in two of Modes 1-3
- Ability to obtain Instructor Certification in all three Modes
- Deep understanding of TSO mission and Mode certification process
- Strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Required Education: Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master's degree.
