Job Description:

The Big Data Engineer will provide consulting services to clients for the design, development, and implementation of big data solutions. The role involves working with clients to understand their requirements, designing and implementing big data solutions, and providing technical support. The Consultant will work closely with other members of the consulting team and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 The Role Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to clients for the design, development, and implementation of big data solutions
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and design big data solutions
• Implement and test big data solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients
• Provide technical support to clients as required
• Work closely with other members of the consulting team and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, and assess their potential impact on big data development
• Provide training and support to other members of the team as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Big Data.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in big data development and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
• Experience with big data processing, such as MapReduce, Spark, and Hive
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
