Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google CES Developer with strong expertise in Google Dialogflow (Google Customer Engagement Suite - CES), Python, AI/LLM integrations, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate should have experience building conversational AI solutions, integrating APIs, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow / Google CES
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience integrating AI/LLM models (Gemini, OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience designing and developing conversational AI/chatbot solutions
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and deployment

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Google CES/Dialogflow.
• Integrate LLM models and AI services into chatbot applications.
• Develop backend services using Python.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve AI responses.
• Maintain source code using Git and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Dialogflow / Google CES.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration projects.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Google Google Cloud Platform Developer Certification is highly preferred.
