Delivery Driver Training Specialist - E-Commerce Logistics

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Trainer to coach and develop delivery associates in our Transportation & Logistics operations. You will design and deliver safety, compliance, and performance-focused training, facilitate ride-alongs and on-road evaluations, and use data to identify skill gaps and improve delivery quality and efficiency. Partnering closely with operations leaders, you'll standardize best practices, maintain training records, and ensure new and existing drivers meet Amazon's customer-obsessed standards in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver training programs for delivery associates focused on safety, compliance, and customer experience.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-road training, including ride-alongs and performance evaluations.
• Use operational and safety data to identify training needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Coach new and tenured drivers on route optimization, device usage, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with operations and safety leaders to standardize best practices across routes and stations.
• Support onboarding and certification of new delivery associates and Delivery Service Partner (DSP) personnel.
• Identify and escalate safety, quality, and performance issues uncovered during training.
• Continuously improve training materials based on feedback, audits, and changing business needs.
• Promote Amazon's customer-obsessed culture and reinforce performance expectations.
