Job Description

Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems, to be solved with automated systems. Collaborates with Finance and IT in the global design, implementation, development, and deployment of the organization's Enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. Provides functional guidance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. Actively strives for continuous process improvement and productivity. Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

Provides support to end-users in finance and supply chain by research, analysis, testing and problem resolution. Work is of significant nature to the business and requires this position to influence at team and user levels. Works beyond routine nature of tasks utilizing specialized knowledge and technology. Company currently on Oracle R12 and is in the process of implementing SAP S/4 HANA public cloud.

Knowledge/Experience:Minimum of five years of experience working with a major ERP such as Oracle EBS or Fusion or SAP including AP, FA and Expense reportingAdvanced working knowledge of specific business function(s) experience preferredAdvanced working knowledge of integrated, enterprise-wide business systems, preferably in a manufacturing settingProficient working knowledge of Microsoft office productsCollege degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) preferredSkills:Advanced skill level working with ERP systems like Oracle EBS/Fusion or SAP.Experience with GL, Intercompany, Inventory, AR, and Purchasing business processes is preferred, but not mandatorySAP experience is a plus, but not mandatoryTreasury experience in cash management, cash forecasting, cash reconciliation, bank fee analysis, banking relationships, bank account administration etc is a plusStrong conflict management/resolution skillsStrong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skillsStrong teamwork/collaborative skillsAdvanced analytical/problem-solving skillsLeadership skills/project management skillsPlanning/organizational skillsTraining/coaching skillsThis function will be required to perform within Company designated standards for the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Information Security Management System.

Corporate and/or Sites will define requirements per applicable standard. Sponsorship for work authorization inside of the United States is not available for this position. Posting as contract position. Company will consider candidates to immediately hire as full-time.
