The Role

• Provide empathetic and professional patient care in treatment rooms.
• Support physicians during examinations and treatments as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Manage and prepare consultation hours to ensure smooth practice operations.
• Handle precise appointment scheduling and patient administration.
• Assist with general organizational tasks for efficient practice management.
• Perform laboratory and functional testing to support diagnostic processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a qualified nurse.
• Previous experience in a general internal medicine practice.
• Familiarity with software such as Profimed and Doctolib.
• Independent, diligent work approach with a strong focus on patient orientation and service.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
