Software Test Engineer - Precision Fires with Security Clearance

Description SAIC has an immediate need for a Software Testing Engineer to support the Precision Fires team supporting the Aviation and Missile Centerlocated in Huntsville, AL onsite at Redstone Arsenal.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the development of test plans, test schedule, and approach for all testing environments
• Writes test cases and scripts and identifies data for test scenarios
• Performs tests of software and/or IT systems to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects
• Supports verification activities on work products using defined methods, procedures and criteria with an appropriate verification environment
• Supports analysis of test results and resolution of open issues
• Documents and works to resolve all complex problem and reports progress on problem resolution to management Qualifications Required Education:
• BS degree with five (5) years of experience; Six (6) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle)

• Must have an active Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship required
