Job Description

We are seeking an organized Fleet/Facilities Technical Coordinator to support operational continuity, asset tracking, and vendor coordination!

Position Overview

Manage motor pool workflows, maintain asset records, track warranties and invoices, and coordinate cross-functional logistics with regional teams and external vendors.

Location: Nashville, TN (312 Rosa L. Parks Ave) — Must reside within 50 miles
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person Interview

Key Skills Required

Fleet & Facility Operations: Motor pool management & maintenance coordination
Asset Management: Inventory tracking, asset tagging, and database updates
Financial Administration: Invoice review, purchase orders, contracts, & warranty tracking
Software Tools: Working knowledge of fleet software (e.g., Agile Fleet) and data dashboards
Communication: Cross-functional coordination with vendors, regional staff, and stakeholders

Qualifications

Degree Path: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years in fleet/facilities/maintenance operations.
High School Path: High School Diploma + 5+ years in maintenance or related technical field.
