Job Description

• Primary role would be to get to the heart ofcustomer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions andfacilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Neeto develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by givinginputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Needto plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per thedesign, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queriesrelated to requirements and solution design
• Needto conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshopsand prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements andare in line with organizations financial guidelines
• Activelylead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiativeswith an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Technical and Professional Requirements

• Relevant Experience: 1 E2E implementation,Support or Rollout experience
• MandatorySkills: SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement &Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP S/4 Hana &Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality
• Experiencedin SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout and testingfor Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW Based Services), ProfileWorker, Custom Reporting, Integration
• Involvedon creating master data configuration and reporting setup
• Extensiveworking knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, S/4HANA,SuccessFactors & Concur.
• Integrationexperience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator will be an added advantage
• Workingexperience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology
