Role DescriptionLooking for Observability Admin

SalaryAUD 108,571 - 119,893 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities- End to End knowledge on Dynatrace implementation.
- At least one PoC should have hands on experience.
- Providing L1/L2/L3 support in Dynatrace all activities.
- Should have strong in any one of the cloud implementations.
- Expertise in Configure the Process and Service detection rules.
- Good experience in RUM i.e. User action/session properties, request attributes, SLOs, calculated metrics, Mobile app user experience monitoring, Key user action metrics, Funnel charts for journeys etc
- Easy to adapt new configurations based on the customer requirements.
- Ability to understand and map key problem areas basis the explanation given by the customer.
- Certified in Dynatrace Admin/Professional
- Should have strong knowledge in all Dynatrace services and functionalities.
- Expertise in problem solving within the deadlines without impact to the customer.
- Expertise in raising support tickets and follow-up's, and connecting with Dynatrace supporting people.
- Always fulfill the customer requirements.
- Articulate how APM will help the customer transform his current approach of problem solving.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player.
- Application architecture and Business impact of downtime.
- Dynatrace integrations to any ITSM tool.
- Knowledge in Synthetic Monitoring Concept and implementation.
- Experience in performing application performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
