Job Title: Product Manager - Data & AI Delivery
Location: San Jose CA or Dallas or New jersey or Boston
Position Summary
Lead delivery of analytics, AI, and data products from intake through adoption. Own governance, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and business outcome realization across cross-functional Data & AI delivery pods.
Key Responsibilities
Own intake management, ensuring every request includes business decision, decision owner, hypothesis, required data, and success measures.
Build and maintain MECE question trees and obtain sponsor sign-off before analysis begins.
Own and prioritize the pod backlog and sequence analytical workstreams.
Lead delivery cadence including sprint commitments, analytics gates, demos, grooming sessions, and steering reviews.
Enforce stage-gate governance across Frame, Data Readiness, Explore & Analyze, Build, and Adopt & Sustain phases.
Monitor blockers and escalate unresolved issues within defined timelines.
Publish weekly delivery scorecards covering insight velocity, dashboard delivery, compliance, quality, and adoption metrics.
Own the Definition of Done and validate completion of all governance, adoption, and decommissioning requirements.
Drive business adoption through user enablement, usage tracking, and enhancement ownership.
Qualifications
10+ years of Product Management, Data Product Management, Analytics Delivery, or Program Management experience.
Demonstrated ownership of executive-facing decision products.
Experience delivering Data Science, AI, Analytics, or Business Intelligence initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and stage-gate governance.
Excellent written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills for VP and executive audiences.
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience; MBA or relevant certifications (CSPO, SAFe, PMP) preferred.
