The Role

• Support the store manager in overseeing daily operations and leading the team.
• Ensure customers have a positive and satisfactory shopping experience.
• Handle various tasks in the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory control and merchandising.
• Manage checkout activities and assist with stockroom organization and cleaning.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant professional experience.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Willingness to contribute diligently and effectively.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective communication.
