Salesforce Service Cloud Architect (Salesforce Education Cloud Certification)

We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Architect with Salesforce Education Cloud Certification and strong Higher Education industry experience for a part-time, 2-month contract engagement.

 

The role is 100% remote and requires approximately 10–15 hours per week.

The consultant should have experience designing Salesforce Service Cloud and Education Cloud solutions, advising on architecture, case management, student services workflows, data model, automation, integrations, and best practices for Higher Education institutions.
