Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Asana Expert / Asana Solutions Architect to design, configure, and optimize scalable Asana-based project management and workflow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Asana administration, workflow automation, business process improvement, and implementations, and will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, user-friendly workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Asana workspaces, projects, portfolios, templates, custom fields, forms, rules, dependencies, approvals, and workflows.
• Build and optimize automated Asana workflows to improve productivity, visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead Asana implementations, migrations, configuration, and process transformation initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Asana solutions and workflow designs.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, and training materials.
• Establish project governance, reporting, task ownership, and operational standards.
• Train end users and drive Asana adoption and user engagement.
• Manage ongoing Asana administration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and optimization.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in project management, operations, business process improvement, or systems implementation.
• 3+ years of hands-on Asana experience with configuration and workflow design.
• Strong experience with Asana Rules, Forms, Templates, Custom Fields, Portfolios, Dependencies, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience with SOP development, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, documentation, and training.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Experience with Apricot 360, case-management platforms, Asana integrations, change management, and user adoption is a plus.
