Mergers & Acquisition Analyst II
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hybrid - flexible, with ability for frequent travel to Kohler, WI required Opportunity The M&A Analyst II supports the evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, and other strategic transactions. The role performs rigorous financial analysis, develops valuation models, prepares transaction materials, and helps coordinate the detailed work required to move deals from initial assessment through closing, as well as through the first few years of integration. Working under the Sr. Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions and the M&A Senior Analyst, this individual partners with business leaders, functional experts, and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle. Success requires strong quantitative ability, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to deliver accurate work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
