User & Customer Service Supporting our data providers and hospital clients Handling service and support requests (1st through 3rd level, depending on experience) Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software Support for rollouts Operations & Further Development Collaboration on the implementation of new IT solutions Participation in cross-departmental IT projects Collaboration with the IT Infrastructure team on complex technical issues Collaboration with external service providers Documentation of solutions and operational processes Adherence to defined processes and quality standards Working Independently Depending on your experience, you will independently manage individual business applications or technical areas and continuously develop them further.

Your Profile:
