The Role

  • Provide direct technical support for inquiries related to hygienic valves, aseptic valves, hygienic pumps, and cleaning technology.
  • Apply fluid dynamics principles to size optimal pumps, valves, and cleaning systems for specific hygienic applications.
  • Determine special product specifications for control valves, safety valves, vacuum valves, cleaning systems, and pigging systems.
  • Integrate flow component products with customer systems by applying correct communication and control modules.
  • Utilize product sizing and selection software to choose appropriate pump and valve products.
  • Collaborate with European factories and US fabricators on product specifications and logistics.

What You'll Need

  • 2-5 years of experience in application engineering and technical sales support.
  • An Associate's degree.
  • Understanding of fluid dynamics and relevant industry practices.
  • Knowledge of sanitary liquid processing equipment and processes.
  • Familiarity with solenoid control technology and communication protocols.
  • Experience with SAP-PEM, Microsoft Office, and inventory management processes is necessary.
