Job Title: Lead Generative AI Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite Role
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring skills.ars of experience in Software, Data, or ML Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and production AI/ML systems.
- Expertise in Python, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model serving, quantization, and self-hosted models.
