Power Apps/Automate Developer

Description
We are looking for an experienced Power Apps/Automate Developer to create and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on building reliable applications, automations, and reporting tools that improve business operations while aligning with security and governance expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, and can partner effectively with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Create and launch both canvas and model-driven applications that address operational challenges and improve user workflows. Develop and refine automated processes using Power Automate, including cloud flows, desktop automations, and structured business process flows. Design Dataverse-based data structures by defining tables, relationships, validation logic, and role-based access controls. Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with effective data models and calculations that support decision-making.

Connect Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and external systems through APIs and other integration methods. Define and support governance practices such as lifecycle management, environment planning, and data protection policies across the platform. Guide technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and maintain clear solution documentation for ongoing support and scalability. Provide mentorship to entry-level team members and low-code developers by sharing development standards and platform best practices.

Investigate and resolve advanced platform issues to ensure stable performance and reliable functionality. Work closely with business partners to gather requirements, translate objectives into technical designs, and recommend scalable platform capabilities. Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong capability in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, including development of enterprise-ready applications and workflows.

Experience managing solution delivery practices such as source control, deployment pipelines, and release management with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub. Working knowledge of platform governance, security configuration, environment strategy, and access management. Proven background integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external APIs. Familiarity with Power BI reporting, data modeling, and analytical calculations. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex work independently.
