We are completely transforming our operation and looking for a high-charging, elite Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) to drive our department forward. - Maintain High PVR: Consistently achieve and exceed dealership benchmarks for Per Vehicle Retail averages.
- Structure & Close Deals: Work closely with the sales desk to structure profitable deals and secure fast lender approvals.
- Ensure Full Compliance: Maintain accurate legal documentation and strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage CITs: Track funding aggressively to ensure fast contracts-in-transit turnaround times and healthy cash flow.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience as an automotive F&I manager.
- Lender Relationships: Established track record of structuring deals and maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
- High Ethical Standards: Ability to maintain a high closing percentage while protecting the dealership's compliance record.
- Process-Driven: Exceptional organizational skills with a strict focus on detail and paperwork accuracy.
- Elite Communication: Ability to build instant rapport with customers and handle objections smoothly.
