The Role

• Serve as the direct deputy to the store manager, overseeing efficient workflow management.
• Lead and guide the team in a shared responsibility capacity.
• Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, product display, and quality checks (e.g., expiry dates).
• Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce, fruits, and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A background in retail, with a completed apprenticeship or relevant work experience.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in customer interactions.
• A hands-on, diligent, and committed work ethic.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and prior leadership experience.
• Good German language proficiency (at least B1 level) for effective customer communication.
