A Finance Administrator is part of our Finance, Administration, Buildings and Systems (FABS) Team. A Finance Administrator will ensure accepted accounting principles are followed, internal controls are adhered to, and work flows are timely and accurately completed..
Duties/Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Support
Accounts Receivable Support
Direct Bill Reconciliation
Disbursement responsibilities
Record and process credit card payments
Employee Expense Reimbursements
Building vendors management
Maintain system of internal controls in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Back-up front desk, phone, mail distribution
Other duties as assigned.
