Job Description

Agile Coach – Healthcare

Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach with Healthcare domain experience to help Agile teams improve their processes, collaboration, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters on backlog management and prioritization.
  • Identify and remove team and organizational impediments.
  • Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
  • Support Agile transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and leadership teams.
  • Help teams improve delivery quality and predictability.
  • Use tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Agile/Scrum coaching experience.
  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SAFe is a plus.
  • Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or ICP-ACC is preferred.
