We are recruiting for a Sales Executive who is looking to build something long term with massive onward prospects. This role has the ability to build accounts and bring in masses of commission with both warm & cold leads. This is working for a business in an interesting and unique industry with a massive potential client base.

What you'll actually be doing

Finding new business and not waiting for it to fall in your lap. That means cold calling, a bit of networking, and generally being the sort of person who can take rejection and move onto the next opportunity. You'll build relationships with the people you win over so they stick around, keep an eye on what's happening in the market so you're not caught out, and keep the CRM up to date. But in turn you have the ability to earn as much commission as you can shake a stick at with one sale being worth an average of £(Apply online only) in your pocket.

What we're after

• Telesales or Sales experience, not standard Customer Service
• The ability to generate your own leads rather than waiting for them to be handed to you
• Strong communication skills, the kind that get you past a gatekeeper
• Good organisation, because juggling several deals at once is essential.
• Comfortable working solo and as part of a team.
