The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Oversee and approve designs for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
• Act as the primary liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments for new product selection.
• Ensure seamless communication for new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Develop new product positioning strategies based on market research and customer insights.
• Analyze market trends and internal reports to inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development.
• Proven track record in product sourcing or new product selection.
• Experience in catalog development is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and articulate product positioning.
