Automation Solutions Architect - Healthcare (UIpath is must)

We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Solutions Architect (UiPath) to join our team. This is a remote role with the potential for extension or conversion to full-time.

Position Details

Years of Experience Required: 10+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years in RPA/Automation

Education Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Domain/Industry: Information Technology / Enterprise Automation

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and complementary technologies.

Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend automation approaches.

Develop detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documentation.

Mentor automation developers, establish best practices, and conduct code reviews.

Integrate OCR technologies (ABBYY, Tesseract, UiPath Document Understanding) into automation workflows.

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper environment setup and configuration.

Drive innovation by introducing new automation technologies and trends.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create implementation roadmaps.

Top Required Skills

Advanced expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Test Suite).

Strong proficiency in .NET development (C#/VB.NET) for automation scripting and integration.

Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (ABBYY, Tesseract, UiPath Document Understanding).

Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with automation deployment experience.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns.

Experience with API integration and web services (REST/SOAP).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices for automation pipelines.

Ability to establish and enforce automation governance frameworks and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Architect certification.

Experience with other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in automation.

Experience with process mining tools.

Agile/Scrum certification.

Experience leading automation Centers of Excellence (CoE).
