Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical vanguard for our most strategic enterprise clients. In this full-time role, you will bridge the gap between core engineering, product strategy, and customer-facing delivery. You will deeply embed with our clients, diagnose their complex technical architectures, and write production-grade code to integrate and scale our platform within their environments. This role offers rapid career growth, high visibility, and the opportunity to shape our core product roadmap based on real-world feedback.

Core Responsibilities

Client Integration & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end technical discovery, scoping, and production rollout of our platform inside complex enterprise infrastructures.
Production Coding: Write clean, scalable, production-grade code (Python, Go, or TypeScript) to build custom APIs, ETL pipelines, and specialized integrations.
Strategic Product Loop: Partner closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to feed client insights, feature requests, and edge-case bugs back into the core platform architecture.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the trusted technical advisor to client CTOs, engineering leads, and stakeholders, translating business problems into technical solutions.
Long-Term Value: Drive client retention and expansion by ensuring the platform delivers maximum technical and business value.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in backend or full-stack development.
Proficiency in languages like Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript, along with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
Proven experience in a customer-facing engineering role (FDE, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Consultant).
Elite communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both executive buyers and developer teams.
Flexibility to travel to client sites as required (typically 25% to 50%).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
