About the Role

We are engaging Vietnamese-speaking Psychiatrists to contribute clinical expertise to an innovative AI training project. You will develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies, assess AI-generated mental health content, and provide expert feedback grounded in Vietnamese clinical practice, cultural context, and ethical standards. No prior AI experience is required — your psychiatric expertise is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI training and evaluation.
  • Conduct expert assessments and provide annotations reflecting Vietnamese psychiatric practices and perspectives.
  • Review AI-generated mental health and psychiatric content for clinical accuracy, safety, ethics, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Produce clear, precise documentation and analysis in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, clinicians, and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Apply appropriate ethical standards when reviewing sensitive psychiatric content and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Contribute to bilingual frameworks for accurate communication of psychiatric concepts.
  • Provide expert feedback on how AI systems analyze and reason about mental health scenarios.
  • Identify clinically inaccurate, culturally inappropriate, or potentially harmful AI-generated outputs.
  • Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).
  • Completed psychiatry residency.
  • Valid medical license or appropriate professional registration.
  • Native or near-native Vietnamese proficiency.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Significant clinical experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and case documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese clinical and cultural perspectives on mental health.
  • Strong ethical judgment and ability to work with sensitive mental health content.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
