PROJECT DETAILS (Size, Scale, Scope):

 

Overview:

Support the modernization and enhancement SAP Commerce platform, helping deliver new commerce capabilities and improvements across reservation, spa, inventory management, and back-office initiatives 

 

Project Details/Why is this req open? 2 projects:

1. Reservation & Spa Platform Modernization

Existing reservation and spa booking system

Migrating functionality from a legacy platform to a new solution

2. Back Office Enhancements

Commerce platform used by multiple brands

Enhancements focused on inventory management and back-office functionality

 

Top Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience developing backend applications
• Hands on SAP (Commerce (Hybris) backend/customization OR strong backend dev on SAP/ Salesforce equiv.
• AI coding assistance (Claude or similar)
• Experience integrating SAP Commerce with custom microservices
• Strong communication

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Hybris modules:
  • Product Catalog, Promotions, Order Management, Customer Support, Backoffice
• Relational database experience
• Solr search-indexing experience
• Enterprise-scale project experience
• Lead-level experience

 Target Profile

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) or similar enterprise commerce platforms
• Experience with Java-based backend systems, including monolithic architectures
• Strong understanding of Java internals, customization, and scripting
• Daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
