PLM Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior PLM Business Analyst with strong hands-on PLM configuration experience to bridge business and technical teams, gather requirements, support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and manage testing/documentation.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on PLM system configuration experience with the ability to work independently with minimal KT.
• 15+ years of overall PLM/business systems experience
• Mandatory Retail/Apparel/Fashion industry experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, issue resolution, and documentation.
• Experience supporting PLM, ERP, integrations, merchandising, product creation, planning, or production
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• SQL, Excel, BI/reporting, ticketing systems, Asana/SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Important: This is a fully onsite role in Beverly Hills, CA, 5 days/week.
