.Net Developer Lead

Location: Irvine, CA – Hybrid – from day 1

Exp: 11+

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead to drive the design development and delivery of enterprise grade applications The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams defining technical solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and high performance applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end application development using Microsoft NET technologies
• Design and develop scalable applications using NET Core ASPNET MVC C Web API and Microservices architecture
• Drive technical discussions solution design and architecture reviews
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards security guidelines and development best practices
• Mentor and guide developers providing technical leadership and support
• Collaborate with business analysts project managers QA teams and stakeholders to define and implement business requirements
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and service integrations
• Optimize application performance scalability and reliability
• Participate in DevOps implementation CICD pipeline setup and release management
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Ensure high quality deliverables through unit testing code quality checks and automated testing

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in C ASPNET MVC NET CoreNET 68
• Experience with Web API REST Services Microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server database design stored procedures and performance tuning
• Experience with Entity Framework
• Frontend experience with Angular React
• Experience with Azure Cloud andor AWS
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Git CICD Pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and containerbased deployment
• Understanding of Design Patterns SOLID Principles and Clean Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Microsoft Azure Certifications preferred
• Experience in enterprise application modernization and cloud migration projects

Skills

Mandatory Skills : .Net Core, C# with Google Cloud Platform experience preferred. The candidate should be able to work independently, resolve technical blockers, guide the team on design and implemention decisions and support the successfull delivery of complex challenges.
