The Role

• Support in the accompaniment of internal and external audits
• Conduct quality assurance measures within the framework of the quality management system
• Collaborate closely with facility management and the Total Quality Management team
• Contribute to ensuring high-quality nursing care in compliance with legal requirements
• Participate in the shaping of nursing and care processes
• Implement current nursing expertise and scientific findings into daily practice

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing
• Recognized further training as a nursing manager
• Empathy and leadership skills
• Confident demeanor combined with strong communication skills
